By using dmitriscalproductions.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Ownership. All films, photographs, video, text, graphics, the logo, and the Site's design are owned by Dmitri Scal / Dmitri Scal Productions or by the clients and collaborators credited, unless otherwise noted. Some images are licensed from third parties. All rights reserved.
What you may do. View the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and share links to it or to our official Vimeo and YouTube players with credit.
What you may not do. Without written permission, you may not download, copy, reproduce, edit, redistribute, sell, or publicly display any content from the Site, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. You may not scrape, hack, overload, or disrupt the Site or attempt to access areas not meant for the public.
Site code and design. The Site's custom layouts, animations, and code are part of its protected design. Being able to view the source in your browser does not grant a license to copy or reuse it. Open-source libraries used on the Site remain under their own licenses.
Client and collaborator work. Some projects were made for or with clients and collaborators and are shown for portfolio purposes. Names, brands, and trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
No agreement until signed. Information on the Site about services, availability, or pricing is general. No project, booking, or rate is agreed until both parties sign a written agreement or approve a written quote.
Third-party sites. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dmitri Scal Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.
Indemnity. You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
Copyright concerns. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email dmitriscal.productions@gmail.com with the work in question, where it appears on the Site, and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove it if appropriate.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
General. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
